TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYSTEMPOINT SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SystemPoint Solutions LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

Your violation of any applicable law

11. Cancellation

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle you to refunds except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
